Tommy Hepburn 'Mr Carlton'

Dad was born in Glasgow on the 9th September 1941 and after a courageously fought battle with bowel cancer, he sadly passed away on 11th December 2008, aged 67. The 'Life Story' link above features the obituary, aptly written by Ronnie Conway, which featured in The Glasgow Herald. In addition to his major role within the badminton community he worked for Healthcall Optical Services as Scheduling Co-ordinator for many years. Using his unique geographical knowledge and sound business experience, his witty banter - with just a dash of the Hepburn cheek... We have dedicated a lovely bench at Inverclyde National Training Centre(just outside the main doors on the grass) and have placed dad's ashes beneath. I'm sure he'll be watching to see if we take our 'morning run'! Feel free to stop awhile. You are most welcome to add any memories or pictures you have onto dad's page! If you think someone would like to view dad's page and their email isn't already listed - please feel free to invite them, by adding their email address to the 'Invite' link below. If you would like to contact mum or myself you can do so via my link below.
